I threw in some onions, carrots, balsamic vinaigrette and tortilla strips for extra CRUNCH...It was good, but last night was the PERFECT night for chili:) Oh well...today is sun shiny (for the first time since Thursday, although it felt like 'the first time since Thursday of 2006!':) so hopefully onward to "spring food"...like salad. Oh well, a day late and a dollar short:)

Turkey x's 2...
Well, we're workin our leftovers! Sunday's turkey dinner became Monday night's Turkey Salad. This is always one of Scott's favorites:
