We went
supppppppppppppeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr old school and simple for dinner last night! We thew a turkey in the slow cooker and coated it with Lipton onion soup mix and left it to cook for 6 hours. Then we opened a box of Stove Top & a can of green beans and called it a day....

Who doesn't love Stove Top? Seriously, it's the best:) The most
strenuous thing I made was the gravy...which was quite yum, I might add;)
And for dessert, Scott made my birthday cake:) I told him to pick the recipe and he went with a good one:
Paula Deen's Coconut Cake:)
Could a coconut fanatic BE UNHAPPY with this????? Thanks again my love!

I'll have my last 2 cruise blogs between today &
tomorrow. I figured I'd wait until the weekday to continue on with happy, tropical eats.
Especially since it's STILL gloomy out today! Warm, sunshine is coming though!! Stay tuned...
