Tonight's dinner was
SOOOOOOOO GOOD!!! We used the LAST of our
leftover turkey to make
paninis with roasted
brussel sprouts and our beloved tots on the side:)

And these were PACKED
paninis! Along with the turkey, I stuffed my
sandwich with
gouda cheese, arugula, avocado & my star ingredient of the evening: Pumpkin Butter!
Mmmmmmmm...the
spiciness of the butter with the salty cheese and creamy avocado was
ammmmaaazzziinnnngggg! (Even if Scott went with the "
safer" roasted garlic mustard instead;)

And the best part of this whole evening, was it was our FIRST dinner of the year on our
sun porch! I know it's only March and this won't last, but I enjoyed every moment while it lasts!!!!

And in the spirit of all of my posts being completely backwards this weekend, I will be posting our Sunday Morning Breakfast TOMORROW...as I will be back to my usual 100 calorie
Vitatops for Monday morning breakfast....hahahahahahhahaa....
Hope you had a wonderful weekend!
