Cruise: Day 7...Day at Sea..

OK...I'm FINALLY getting around to posting the 7th and final day of our vacation. Which I figured was appropriate since it was exactly 2 weeks ago from today:( ...It was our Day At Sea...
And ya know what we did on our Day At Sea?? A whole lotta NOTHIN!!!! It was mostly sleeping & eating;) A great way to wind down the vacation, if you ask me:) We did manage to drag ourselves to one "boat activity"....a cooking demonstration...(I am still ME, after all;)
Where we got to sample a piece of the show: Black Forrest Cake...DELICIOUS!!!
Not long after, we headed to lunch at the little "Seaview Cafe"....it's almost weird to say now that we ate inside that day because it was just. too. hot. outside! ;) I got one of my most beloved favorites: The beautiful Tuna Melt;)
And my lazy nature of the day is also reflected in that this was the ONLY picture I took of Scott's Cuban Sandwich that he couldn't wait to try (and loved!)....however, you may still enjoy the picture, if your an onion ring fan;)
Dinner on the last night of a cruise is always so sad! Your waiters & waitresses become your BFF's for the week, and it's always sad to say goodbye to them:( Here was a picture of our table...we were soooooooo lucky to get a "window seat" for 7 nights!!!!
I started with the scallop risotto.....
...which might be surprising since Scott started with the Roasted Garlic Soup. I love garlic just about as much as I love coconut, but the risotto just sounded too yum...(and it was:)
For dinner, we both got the Garlic Tiger Shrimp...soooo good...
Although Scott exercised his right as a cruise diner and also got the strip steak;) In his defense, he did ask the waiter which would be better...and the waiter just brought him out both plates...:)
And them brought us out an array of desserts! I got the MOST FABULOUS Warm Chocolate Cake! I'm not normally a chocolate dessert person (weird, I know)...but RCC's chocolate desserts were SPOT ON. Never floury or chalky....just purely decadent!

Scott ordered the tiramisu (another of his favs), and then the waiter brought us the chocolate mint cake. And who are we to argue about THAT??
So aside from a variety of coconut bars that I picked up in the San Juan airport...

We had a wonderful and delicious time! Guess I'll have to stop talking bad about cruise food now, Thanks Royal Caribbean! ;)
So now...the million dollar question: Where to next?

(Did you hear that?? Yes, that was the sound of Scott throwing his hands in the air;)
