Dinner was good...I think....

Tonight we decided to already break into our vacation "loot!" We had bought a few sauces in St. Lucia, so we chose to mix this onion sauce...
With some pork chops....and some parmesan couscous and broccoli:)
This dinner was good...I think:) I was so starving by the time I got home that I inhaled it in about 12 seconds. To the point that Scott looked over at me scraping the remains off my plate and said "Wow, you really were hungry!" :) I guess the apple and cheese quesadilla I had for lunch just wasn't as filling as I hoped;)

Anyway....so before I left work, I texted Scott a VERY IMPORTANT message asking him if he could throw a banana in the freezer for me (cause, my friends, this was EXACTLY his vision of what marriage was going to be like;) hahhahahahahahahhaa......but I finally wanted to try what I had been reading about on the Internet for so long: Frozen Banana Custard....
Wanna hear the intricate recipe?? Well here goes:
  1. Banana
  2. Mini Food Processor

Yep...that's it! OK, I'm lying...it STARTED out that simple...but I did manage to sneak in some cinnamon and a teaspoon of almond butter....but this thing was CRAZY good! It was the consistency that was so baffling! It literally tasted like a smooth ice cream custard....with JUST a banana. Fascinating:) This will definitely be in my dessert rotation from now on!! (sorry Nic;)

Anyway...this week is going fast! Happy Thursday everyone! Almost there...
