Ok, so we finally made it to the ship on Saturday...and here was my "Welcome to the ship" to myself;) A "coconut slice" and one of Royal Caribbean's AMAZING Oatmeal Raisin cookies! I have no clue what they do, but they make some AWESOMEEEEEEEEEE cookies...and Oatmeal Raisin is one of the BESTEST! (We'll get to THE bestest later...;)
Dinner the first night was delicious (well, could you really complain about any nights??) We both started with a Vidalia onion tart with gruyere cheese and red peppers....
And for my main course, I had salmon with braised lentils and fried onions. This was from the "healthy" menu, so I'm not sure how those onions made the "cut"...but they were good none the less;) The salmon was DELICIOUS!
And here was Scott's dinner: Pork medallions with mashed potatoes...
My dessert: Strawberry Pavlova....it was like a meringue with whipped cream...
Scott's dessert: Chocolate mousse with a side of Coffee Ice Cream....from then on, our waiter brought us ice cream with every dessert...and OH was it good! :)
Here was what I TRIED to keep my breakfast to everyday. The operative word here is TRIED:) Lets not pretend that the cinnamon rolls, hash browns and occasional strips of bacon didn't find their way to my plate...but I tried my best;)
And since I was "SO GOOD" at breakfast...what better way to reward myself (at like, 10 in the morning;) then with a cup of coconut ice cream on the beach in Tortola;) I knew as soon as I took this picture that one day it would make me wish SO bad that I was back there....hahahahahhaa....THAT didn't take long;)
Here was lunch from that day. It was day one, so notice how my plate is mostly salad;) By day 4 was when I began to realize that the burgers were soooooooooooo good and that the taco 'bar' was not too shabby either...but again, I tried;) (however, their couscous salad: To die for!)
That was Mediterranean beef on the bottom there...in case you were going to keep yourself awake tonight wondering;)
After lunch, me & Scott headed back out...and of course we had to hit up the local spice shop:)

We picked up these 2 little yummy smelling containers....we'll have to get creative;)
Dinner, night 2 was our first "Formal Night" :) I started with the pear soup with cranberries. Which I thought was a good choice cause, hey, when do you ever get pear soup???? This was a good idea until I tried....
