As one of the stops on our tour we headed to, what could be, one of the coolest bars in the world! Sunset Bar & Grill on Maho Beach! We didn't stay in the actual bar to long...we just got a Pina Colada and hit the sand...
...but not before checking this out....
...the bar is RIGHT next on the beach, which is ACROSS THE STREET from an airport! 
So the planes land, LITERALLY, right over your head! It was insane!!!!
You needed a few drinks because it felt like the planes were coming DIRECTLY at you sometimes! I think Scott could have stayed at that beach for the whole week, he LOVED IT! So if you ever find yourself in St. Maarten....grab some mozzarella sticks at the bar and prepare yourself for the rumble of the planes!! :)Back on the ship...we were SUPER ready for dinner that night!!! :) I started with a shrimp and crab salad. It was so refreshing with the shreds of mango and papaya mixed in.
For dinner, I went for the asparagus and brie tart. So good with the roasted tomato and arugula!
And Scott had the Parmesan encrusted turkey tenderloin with sage mustard sauce and potato croquettes....
Our waiter INSISTED that we all get the choco-chino trio...so he brought one out for each of us:) hahahahhahahahaha....whose's going to be crazy enough to turn THAT down??? 
That is a Grand Marnier white chocolate mousse (yum), espresso layer cake (double yum)...and the BEST chocolate cheesecake (the triple yum! :)....But I still had to sample the pina colada flourless cake...with pineapple sorbet AND vanilla ice cream, of course:)
Now do you see why I'm eating spinach all week?? And we're just getting started;) hahahahahhaha...more fun to come!

Everything looks so good! And that first picture!! I thought YUM and SO PRETTY in one thought, so I can see why you would want to cry :)
