Chocolate Chip Danish

The only thing that can make Sunday morning better...is a SNOWY Sunday morning!! I wanted to make something "lighter" for breakfast this morning since we're going to have SO MUCH later on, so we tried out Hungry Girl's Chocolate Cheese Danish...http://www.hungry-girl.com/chew/chewdetails.php?isid=1968
We used this same base recipe to make apple & blueberry danishes...but can you really go wrong with chocolate?? :)

After breakfast, we took our dog Penny for a great SNOW walk through the park that's around the corner from our house:) She should be exhausted for the rest of the day....well, until our company arrives for the Superbowl!

Speaking of Superbowl, I also went to mambo & shimmy my way through a Zumba class this morning in an attempt to "pre-burn" off the fabulous dessert I made for tonight! Not to mention all the good eats! Did I mention I don't really watch football?? I just enjoy Superbowl for the food:) Stay tuned...I think it's going to be a tasty evening:) hahahahahhahaha...

However, I do like to root every year for the underdog...so GO SAINTS! ;)
