And since I had a great weigh in this morning, I thought I'd treat myself to a special snow day TRIPLE COCONUT breakfast! :)
Scott got me this coconut pancake mix for Christmas this year (cause we party like that)...it is sooooooooooooooooooooooo good!!! And it's one those "just add water" deals, which is great:)I toasted up some extra coconut and topped the 'cakes before I flipped them..."snow pancakes";)
Heaven on a plate, let me tell ya! If this doesn't SCREAM "Donna," I don't know what does...I think I already decided I'm having these for breakfast on my birthday! Too perfect and SOOOOO GOOD!
My only bummer is that Scott only had a 2 hour delay today:( But he usually gets done at 3 o'clock, so that's not too bad! Guess I spare him and go watch "The Devil Wears Prada" for the 4 bagillionth time today by myself:) Happy Thursday!
