"4 Way Chili"

So if Cincinnati can have their chili "5 ways", we can have ours "4 ways," right?? :) We used one of my Mom's old tricks last night for dinner. Ready for the difficult recipe?? Well here goes...

Baked Potato + Leftover Chili + a sprinkle of cheese + an obscene amount of sour cream =
Warm deliciousness:) We always make sure to cook enough chili to have our 'chili potatoes' again during the week...and we eat it like someone is going to take it away from us;) So good!!

And how bout I came to work this morning and realized I had another food fairy....albeit a FIBER fairy this time;) hahahahahhahaahahaha....I really like all of the "Fiber One" bars, so now I'm excited to try a chocolate and chocolate peanut butter 90 calorie versions! Thanks Kristin!!

However, in "sad" food news...I finished off the last of my eggnog creamer with my morning coffee today. Sigghhh...farewell daily reminder of the holidays...until next time....

Time to break out the Irish cream... ;)
