LOVE IT!!! And what could be better on a snowy Saturday morning than another baked oatmeal: this time Banana Bread Brulee....

I was so excited to be able to eat this straight out of the oven today!! It smelled JUST like banana bread! YUM!
This is the second Saturday in a row that I totally craved a smoothie for lunch. Since we were out of spinach for a Green Monster, I made one with a cup of milk, a scoop of vanilla protein powder and a container of Apple Pie yogurt. It was really good and really filling!
Has anyone tried that apple pie yogurt straight from the carton?? I LOVE cinnamon, and it's even too strong in cinnamon flavor for ME. But it was GREAT mixed with everything else. Interesting...

As a snack I tried the 90 calorie Fiber one Chocolate Peanut Butter bar. It was good, but I guess I'm just used to the original Fiber one bars because it tasted off to me. But it was still good for 90 calories....
We have a pizza planned for dinner and I just made the most RIDICULOUSLY fabulous looking dessert for the Superbowl tomorrow!! But I do have a special snow day dessert in mind for tonight:) Here's the prep... ;)
