Morning Workout

Happy Friday!!

So I love to work out in the morning. Not only is it that one thing I get to do before I have to get ready for work, but it's the only time of day that I really can't make excuses for not wanting to do it (honestly, that extra half hour of sleep is not going to be the difference between awake and exhausted!) So no matter what happens for the rest of the day, at least I know I got SOME form of exercise in. Here is one of my favorite videos. I LOVE this one on a Friday because it's a little bit more "peaceful"...

It's like a great stretch in the morning. It's certainly not my FAVORITE yoga DVD, but we'll get to that another time;) That deserves it's own post:)

So we're gonna have to wait and see if our Chinese New Year PART-A is going to get postponed for the big snowstorm that's headin our way:( However, I do have lots of cooking plans for this weekend and snow always makes a pretty backdrop for it! I was SO excited last year when we had a snow storm during my Christmas cookie baking weekend....
Terribly attractive picture, I know...but oh well! I was happy!
