We used garlic and olive oil...
Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage and a bag of Fire Roasted Peppers & Onions (from Trader Joe's, of course:)... And the 5th and final ingredient: spaghetti squash... (baked for an hour at 350)...
First I sauteed the sausage in the garlic and oil...
Then I added the bag of peppers & onions...
And then added the squash until it was warmed through...it didn't look as pretty as I hoped since I had already mixed everything together, but it was a simple, quick, healthy and tasty dinner!
And since we needed to do SOMETHING with all this (beautiful!!) snow...
...we finally get to the Claire Robinson recipe for Coffee Snow Cream! Perfect for this house:)
