This new couscous I found at the store:
This pearled couscous took a little longer than the 5 minutes couscous normally takes (more like 15ish), but still super easy and the basil & herb was a nice new flavor. Plus, I love some pearled couscous! It's chewy & filling...
And the only thing that could make baby broccoli any better...is grilled CHARRED baby broccoli! This stuff is just soooooo good! Broiled or CHARRED, it is TOPS! We made it the same as the roasted: with olive oil, salt, pepper & lots of garlic powder
