Super Superbowl Food....

Happy Monday!!! Well, our Superbowl spread did NOT disappoint...and how bout it FINALLY paid off to root for the underdog??? Congrats New Orleans! Celebrate Mardi Gras in style:)

Anyway, enough about THAT:) Let's get back to the important stuff! I was sooooooooooo excited to make these after I saw Guy Fieri making them on his show just last weekend!!! I present to you: Cheese stuffed Everything flavored pretzels!!!

These were my THIRD workout of the day...let me tell ya! You had to roll and roll and roll...but they were worth it:) Maybe a little more salt in the dough to bring out the parmesan flavor, but besides that, they were lots of fun.....

This is how excited I was:
Here was more of our great spread! I love having parties where everyone brings a little something...then there's no stress on anyone and you get to taste lots of great stuff!!!....
This Superbowl was a lesson in carbs:) We had the pretzels, crab rangoons, potato skins, beer bread & crab dip, pepperoni & cheese cresent rolls and some awesome stromboli! Not to mention all the spinach dip, chips and Ritz! :) Thanks everyone!!
We also had 2 pots of chili, but they're never photogenic:) But here was the recipe I used for the Buffalo Chicken Chili ~> http://www.rachaelray.com/recipe.php?recipe_id=697 I didn't even have any of it yesterday because I was too busy eating the chili my friend brought:)
And here was the dessert I've been hyping up for days...drumroll.............
Salted Nut Roll Bars!! (couldn't they think of another title??) I saw these on the back of a sample of Cuisine magazine that I recieved in the mail, and knew I HADDDD to make them!!! Peanut Butter, Marshmallows, Rice Krispies & Peanuts??? Sign me up!!!!!
Again, I think they could have used a little MORE salt (what was with me yesterday??), but they were mighty tasty:) Enjoy! ~> http://keyingredient.com/recipes/104847/salted-nut-roll-bars/
