Pizza & What could be a life altering treat!! :)

Morning! Happy Friday!! We need more weeks like this one...2 snow days, 1 day of work that is a Friday, all before a three day weekend...ahhhhh, this is the life:)

Anyway, back to the food:) Since it was another cold snow day, I thought it would be a perfect night for more homeade pizza! This time I made it in my cast iron skillet, so it came a little smaller than normal (plus, it kinda looks like an Ellios!) ...but it was sooooooo good! I used this recipe ~> http://www.rachaelraymag.com/Recipes/rachael-ray-magazine-recipe-index/dinner-recipes/Tomato-and-Cheese-Pizza and just used an extra 6 cloves of garlic:) We smelled AMAZING afterwards:) hahahahahha...

And here's what they brought for me! I feel totally spoiled today!!!

So my friend went to see "Regis & Kelly" yesterday (that I was watching along with my coconut pancakes:)....and she brought me back one of these cookies that were featured on the show!!!:

They are from Momofuku Milkbar in NYC! http://www.momofuku.com/milkbar/ and she told me they are made with...are you ready?? "potato chips, pretzels, oats, coffee, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips"...HELLO?????????????? HOW AMAZING IS THAT?????????? I am a lover of all things sweet & salty and this cookie sounds life altering! I'm going to try to be good and save it for later...but here's hoping even PART of it makes it home!! :) Thanks again Stephanie!!!!!

And as if one treat wasn't great enough...I was also given an Almond Joy Easter Egg and homemade rice pudding from the rice pudding master! Thanks Marie! :)

Looks like more Zumba this weekend:) hahahahahhaahaha...worth it, totally worth it:)
