A Workout to Try...

Well...I do heart my strawberry cream cheese English muffins, buuuttt it was back to whipped oats for breakfast yesterday;)  I couldn't go THAT long without it;)
For lunch I tried out the 0% Peach Chobani  (very good...but it was no Mango;) and one of my favorite, favorite Larabars =Cashew Cookie.  Yummmmmm:)

And I was so so so excited to tell you guys about the new coffee creamer I found:
'So Delicious' makes this fantastic French Vanilla creamer made from...ahem...Coconut Milk;)  It's Soy & Dairy free, organic and completely creamy and decadent.  It's a GREAT ALL NATURAL/NO CRAP INGREDIENTS (no hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup!) swap!  Plus, it's got the faintest taste of coconut, which of course I just LOVE:)
And let me tell ya:  Those coffee creamer folks must just KNOWWWW I'm trying to cut back!  So far in the past month and a half I've seen Cinnabon AND Almond Joy!  Are you kidding me???  Someone's really testing me;)  So Coconut Milk was a nice "all natch" break in the clouds;) hahahahahahahaha

ANYWAY...

So dinner last night raised a question:  What's better than Bove's lasagna??

Answer:  Bove's lasagna that only needs to be reheated:)

Oh yeah, and smothered in their Roasted Garlic Sauce...
(I found this jar 4 days too late....or this would have been in the ENTIRE lasagna;)

I know it's not very pretty...but oh my God, was it heavenly:)  And we even have enough leftover for yet  ANOTHER meal  (3 meals in 1??  Not too shabby;).  But we had to toss those leftovers in the freezer so we could spread out the carbs & cheese for a little while;)

And for dessert...my "Crumbs fairy" hooked me up with a little Valentines treat....how cute is this?? :)

Even the cake was studded with red & pink speckles;)  Too cute:)  And as usual with Crumbs: Cupcake = Outstanding! ;)
And with all that yummy goodness, it's a good thing I was able to sneak in a good amount of exercise yesterday;)

Thursday Morning:  30 minutes dance, jogs & weights

Thursday Afternoon:  45 minute walk  (Haddd to enjoy that 65 degree sunshine!)

Thursday Night:  Interval Treadmill

The treadmill is NOT my favorite thing to do, but I do lovvvve intervals because it makes the time go SO FAST!  Here was the one I used yesterday, which I loved because you were changing levels every few minutes =35 minutes just FLEW by!

1-5 minutes:  4 (fast walk)
5-6 min:  6
6-8 min:  4.3
8-9 min:  6.3
9-11 min:  4.5  (slow jog)
11-12 min:  6.8
12-14 min:  4
14-15 min:  6.8
15-17 min:  4
17-18 min:  6.8
18-20 min:  4.5
20-21 min:  7
21-23 min:  4
23-24 min:  7
24-26 min:  4.3
26-27 min:  7.3
27-30 min:  4
30-35 min:  Reduce speed every 30 seconds to cool down
2.75+ in 35 minutes

You can modify the workout any way = Speed up if you think I'm a slow poke, or slow down if you're building your endurance...it's up to you! :)  My next goal is to get to 3 miles in under 35 minutes.  I think I could do it if I just increase my speed a little earlier in the workout, because I was whizzing through the 7's by the end! (which didn't even seem possible around the 8 minute mark;)  hahahahahhaha....

Ahhhhhhhhhh....I'm soooooo happy that it's FRIDAY!!!  And not just ANY Friday, but a THREE DAY WEEKEND Friday! :)  Lalalalala:)  And to kick off Friday:  Tonight is the SALEM episode of Ghost Adventures....I am soooooooooooooooo excited since I LOVVVVE SALEM!!!!!  (only 256 days till Halloween, folks!)  Hope you guys have great (looongggg) weekend plans:)
