OK, OK...so this was our lunch a couple weeks ago, but since this combo had been STARING at me from the fridge all week...
...nothing sounded as good for dinner last night as my Hummes & Tabbouli Naan:) And all you need is a trip to Trader Joe's & 5 minutes to pull this one together!
Step 1: Heat a piece of Garlic Naan for about 3 minutes in a 400 degree oven....
Step 2: Top naan with 2 tablespoons hummes...
Step 3: Cover naan with tabbouli...
The naan comes out perfectly soft & chewy, the hummes is creamy with a ZING from the red pepper & cilantro layers and the tabbouli is just soooo fresh and vibrant with the parsley, mint & tomatoes. This is super healthy, very filing and soooooo delish! All in 5 minutes! Can't beat that;)
OK, OK.... 3 & 1/2 steps: We added a salad to round out the meal:)
After dinner, we caught up on Jersey Shore. Ummmmmmm...can you say TRAIN WRECK??? That Ronnie & Sam fight #239293742 stressed me out! For real....only one thing could make me feel better;)
H-E-A-V-E-N...with a wistful memory of Christmas thrown in;)
Alright...I better get out of here and head to the gym. I'm goin to get my sweat on before we head to Valentines, Part 1: Afternoon by Scott;) Wohoooooooo! Can't wait to see what he planned! If it's anything like last year, it should be delicious:)
Have a great day!
