Out of the loverly Trader Joe's Cinnamon Roll Bread....this was off the charts good:)
And since I figured we'd need a side to go along with our 2 slices of cinnamon bread, I also found this at Trader Joe's....
I totally dig on the "no nitrates, artificial flavors or preservatives" deal...not to mention the stats were a lot better than most. 100 calories for THREE slices??? Kinda hard to pass up, especially considering another brand was 90 calories A SLICE...
And since the bread was pretty decadent unto itself, I stuck with a little sugar free syrup and called it a day....er...night ;)
And now from "Dinner Breakfast" to ACTUAL breakfast...
I have another overnight oatmeal cookie "cooking up" in my fridge as I type this...
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/8 cup 1% milk (it was all we had)
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin
- Lots of Pumpkin Pie Spice & Cinnamon
- A little sprinkle of splenda
I'm planning on topping it with a few sliced almonds...so fingers crossed it turns out OK:)
