Huh??
I had no clue what that was, so I just went along with her instructions and somehow ended up looking (a little) something like THIS:

OK...let's not kid ourselves: I didn't get my leg quite THAT high or straight, NOR do I look EXACTLY like that from behind;)...but I was quite impressed to even be STANDING in a variation of what that girl is doing in the picture!:) hahahahahahhaa.....I just thought I'd share my little surprising accomplishment of the day:) Especially since, about a year ago, I was just starting my yoga "journey" :)
And my reward for my "bird" was another "Cheesecake Green Monster!" Creamy, vanilla-y & delicious! I am Soooooo in love with these. If your gonna try a "MONSTER" for the first time, I highly suggest trying it this way. It pretty much tastes like a vanilla milkshake...except it's very, very GREEN! :)

Enjoy your day!!

One of the best balance poses is Bird of Paradise. It is one of my favorites. Yoga guru Leeann Carey breaks the pose down in a free yoga video. I thought your readers might like it: http://www.planetyoga.com/yoga-blogs/free-yoga-video-birds-of-paradise-pose/
