Shrimp Newburg

OK, back to cooking:) This dish turned out REALLY good...it was amazing how tasty and creamy the sauce was considering it was only made with 1% milk. A definite keeper in the recipe file:) (sorry the shrimp kind of all blended with the brown rice in the picture! It doesn't look too pretty, but it was pretty tasty!)
