I'm telling you, the slow cooker is the way to go to cook a turkey. Sure, you miss the crispy skin...but who cares! You shouldn't eat the skin anyways:) It's way better to throw him in there, baste once an hour and 6 hours later, you have turkey that is falling off the bone. Trust me on this one people, you may just weep with it's simplicity!
