Here are some of the dishes we had over holiday break...Not as much cooking as I would have liked, but it never is!! :)
I know 25 calorie hot chocolate, mint chocolate creamer, cool whip and crushed candy canes aren't rocket science...but it looked so pretty and festive:)
Christmas Morning Breakfast 2009: Monkey Bread...
http://www.hungry-girl.com/chew/chewdetails.php?isid=1917 <~not EXACTLY the hungry girl recipe...but it was Christmas morning after all:)
Here was the potato pancake before we cut into it...it was SO easy! The "hardest" part was slicing the potatoes! But it sure looks nice!

Here was our December 26th Dinner aka. Christmas's Quiet and more peaceful cousin:)
Crab & Artichoke stuffed chicken breast (which tasted WAY better than it looks!), Fancy Potato Pancake with herbed sour cream and roasted broccoli with garlic...

Here was a dip from an appetizer party we had. I hate the official title for it, so I'm just going to call it "Panettone Dip"...oh yeah, and the Panettone was a substitute after the grocery store was clear out of Fruit Cake by December 27th!!

I even impressed myself with this one! Eggnog creme brulee!...do I even need to say this was good??

And since Sunday breakfast is a big thing in my house, I figured I'd start 2010 off right with Nutella Pound Cake. I can't even take credit for this one...I woke up to my husband baking in the kitchen:) I was quite impressed with his swirling:) hahahahhahahhaa...
