Talk about 2 ends of the culinary
spectrum:) I made this roasted cauliflower dip for lunch and had it with some multi-grain tortilla chips from Trader Joe's. The dip had a lot of strong flavors in it, but I thought they all blended pretty well...plus I'll eat anything with sesame seeds:)

And since the eggnog creme brulee went so well, I thought I'd try pumpkin per a "birthday brulee" request:) It was a little thicker than the eggnog, which I wasn't crazy over. I dig a light brulee:) I also attempted to use maple & cinnamon sugar for the crust, but they just burned. Note for next time:)
Next Brulee attempt: Mocha:)
