Hi everyone! Phew...what a whirlwind I've been on lately! After a completely crazy end-of-week last week, I came in full swinging this morning ready to give this neglected blog some love. And what happens??? My camera freezes on me and won't allow me to upload pictures. FAIL!!
So rather than leaving you hanging for ONE more day, I figured I'd start off Monday with my workout recap just to give you guys some motivation going into the week:
Monday: 3 mile "Walk Away the Pounds" with 8 pounds weights + 1 hour pilates class
Tuesday: 20 minute Weight Loss yoga from "Yoga Downloads" (most 20 minutes classes are FREE!)
Wednesday: "Bethenny weights" x 2 (4 sets of 12 of lateral raises, bicep curls, "shoulder pinches," overhead presses, front raises & tricep kickbacks) + "booty blast" x 2 (4 sets of 12 leg pulses to the back & side + 4 sets of 12 squats)
Thursday: 30 minutes dance + a round of 8 pound weights (12 lateral raises, bicep curls, shoulder pinches, overhead presses, front raises + 50 tricep dips)
Friday: Yoga Ballet: 30 minute core workout
Sunday: 1 hour boxing class
I thought I'd share all of that because despite my chaotic (ie. longer work hours) week, I still made a pact with myself to keep to my work out schedule. Even though I wasn't able to make some of my 'extra' nighttime workouts, I still made sure I got up *EXTRA* early to get SOMETHING in. I know it's tough to stay committed sometimes, but the payoff is worth the extra hour you need to set the alarm at some daysJ hahahahahhahaah....you never know what your body can handle until you start pushing yourself. You probably would be amazed!J
