3-year old sweet tooth...

Wednesday Recap:

8:00am:  Coffee with peppermint creamer

9:30am:  Breakfast- Silver Dollar Pumpkin/Chia pancakes

10:30-11:45am:  Power Yoga

1:00pm:  Lunch- Leftover Maple-Pecan chicken with 2% cheese square, spinach & a maple/balsamic dressing

2:30pm:  Snack 1 & 2- Butter & Flax Wheat toast and (MORE) coffee with peppermint creamer
This snack was Happy: 101J  I have a serious obsession with TOAST.  FOR REAL.  I LOVE IT!  Carb-haters, be damnedJ

5:00pm:  Dinner- Mandarin Chicken

Nope, we didn't call for take out.  All of the above came right from our freezer!...

Steamfresh brown rice pilaf/veggie blend made the perfect base for the Trader Joe's Mandarin Chicken.  And while you're at it, ya might as well throw in as many leftover veggies as your pan can hold.  In this case:  broccoli and peppers & onions!
SOOOO good and veggie-packed in under 20 minutes.  If there's a TJ's in your area, GET. THIS. CHICKEN!  And then doctor it up with veggies x 100000.  They're good for ya, don't cha know??J

5:30-6:30pm:  Body Jam Class

8:00pm:  Dessert- Gingerman minis
I love these little pouches of Pepperidge Farm cookies.  190 calories is JUST enough holiday fun without having a whole box of these laying around.

I have a severe weakness for anything dusted in sprinkle sugar.  My sweet tooth is permanently 3 years old.

And for the record, someone ELSE helped me NOT polish off ALL of those 190 calories...
Katie, Cookies, the Rockettes and the lighting of the tree in Rockefeller center...I'd say that's a pretty good nightJ

Alright...I'll probably have some fun eats to show ya tomorrow since today's going to be a bit of a Christmas Day for Katie, my Mom & IJ  Stay tuned & have a great Thursday!
