Work it out...

So after an evening with my in-laws yesterday, I have zero pictures to show you today.  BUTTT why not kick off the week with a little Monday "workout" motivation, shall we??

Monday:  Weight Loss Yoga + 45 minute walk + 1 hour pilates

Tuesday:  40 minutes Bethenny Yoga + 1 hour boxing class

Wednesday:  40 minutes dance + weights

Thursday:  Bethenny weights x 2 + "Booty Blast" x 2

Friday:  Yoga for the warrior

Sunday:  1 hour boxing class

I'm working on getting my audio clip up, but it might take me a day minute.  Hope this helps get you movin until then!  Have a great Monday, everyone!
