Another Flavor...

Well...last night was another lovely Friday where we had to check out the "Amazing Month of Milkshakes" being whipped up by The Pop Shop in Collingswood for the month of June (believe me, seeing this list, I would be there every day if my waistline could afford it!J)

And since the place was PACKED TO THE GILLS, Scott & I sidled up to the counter and placed our orders....

OK, so I failed to take a picture of Scott's grilled cheese (and for the life of me can't even remember what he ordered) and that was because I was so blissfully in love with my grilled cheese pick of the night that the whole world just washed awayJ I present to you: The Linden...

And what's the Linden??? Try a CHEESE STEAK with caramelized onions on a pretzel bread!!! I told Scott that I don't know if I'll ever be able to try any other grilled cheese version...this one just KICKED ASS! It was JUST.SO.GOOD. I wish another one would appear if front of me right nowJ hahhahahahhahahaa....

Scott thoroughly agreed...as he polished off the other half for me and was equally as speechlessJ

And after our grilled cheese bliss we got to sample the "Amazing Milkshake" of the day....CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK...so I was really intrigued to try this one out mainly because I was wondered how the heck could they really get this to taste like a pancake! Well...they didJ It was a sweet vanilla/maple syrup/chocolate chip fantasy...COMPLETE with chunks of ACTUAL pancake AND a boatload of chocolate chips...

Yow! So good! Thanks, Pop Shop...you finally gave me a reason to really enjoy JuneJ hahahhahahahah

And JUST like last time, we woke up bright and early this morning to return BACK to Collingswood to hit the farmer's market. Which, despite the look of this picture, was pretty PACKED at 8:15am! (everyone must have caught on to us about getting there super earlyJ)

The local produce is REALLY starting to shine....

Yes, yes, summer lovers, I do agree these months are good for some things...J

Quite a haul...all for under $40! Sweet, right??

We even got our first peek of fresh corn for the season...YEEEEE!

And we have a dinner on the menu for tonight that is gonna use up a whole bunch of this fresh goodies!  Stay tuned for thatJ

OK, OK...we did have to make one more quick pit stop at the market to the little stand full of "pet friendly" treats....

Because....

...it's SOME ONE'S BIRTHDAY TODAY!

Yes....it's about that time of year that I embrace 'my crazy in love' and celebrate my baby in style...

OH! That reminds me...I have to go make a birthday cake!
