Well, after a weekend of baby showers & birthday parties, I only have ONE thing to show you from this weekend. However, it's SOOOOO good, that it really does deserve it's own postJ. And even though I am COMPLETELY "sugar-ed out" at the moment, I am sooo excited to show you THIS: The COCONUT CREAM Doughnut from Doughnut Plant in NYC!
Not only is this a coconut glaze and coconut sprinkled donut, BUTTTT it is STUFFED with coconut CREAM!!!!!! (which tastes JUST like the filling in those lovely little Tastykake Coconut Cream pies....heaven!) Definitely the best coconut doughnut EVERJ
And as good as this was, is as much as I am CRAVING salads tonight! At least some power yoga & boxing helped "even out" my weekend a bit. My obliques are sore to the touch! YowJ Hope you guys had a great weekend and I'll be back with 'healthier/more balanced' dinners for the next few daysJ
