Monday Recap:
Well...this is gonna be pretty short and GREENJ
Breakfast: Coffee and WATER
Still SOFULL from our 2 dinners on SundayJ Ravioli, meatballs, ham, pineapple casserole, corn casserole, baked beans, dinner rolls, lemon meringue pie and chocolate covered strawberries....ummm, yeah. I wasn't hungry till lunch timeJ
Lunch: Saladworks
But by noon, I was ready to roll and nothing sounded better than a GREEN lunch packed with veggies...
- Lettuce
- Broccoli
- Cucumbers
- Cheddar
- Avocado
- Chicken
Dinner: Kale Avocado Cesar Salad
Yep, more greenery. All in the name of Monday. Not to mention this salad is SOOOOOOO good! Give it a try if you're needing extra motivation to eat those greens!
And I don't even have a workout to show you since I was still so beat after the weekend that I gave myself a break. Hopefully today I'll be ready to roll, since I can tell my muscles are already ready to MOVE.
