Thursday Recap:
Well, as ACTION PACKED as the blog was yesterday...it's pretty much as opposite as it is todayJ  It also kinda helped in the 'cutting back' phase from all the DONUTSANDICECREAM that I wasn't really too hungry yesterday (probably from pieces of that MONSTER fritter), so I just kept it to the necessitiesJ
Breakfast:  Water & CoffeeJ
Does that even count??  I hardly ever skip breakfast but I wasn't going to make myself eat something if I TRULY wasn't hungry.
Lunch:  Saladworks
My Mom & I just wanted to GO OUT by yesterday afternoon...even if the sunshine was a foil to a pretty chilly & windy day...but it was still too beautiful to stay inside.  And GREEN was on the agenda:
- Lettuce
- Chicken
- Cucumbers
- Broccoli
- Cheddar
- Avocado
Snack:  Hot Lemon Water
Dinner:  Berry Spinach Smoothie
 
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- frozen spinach
- frozen berries
- frozen cherries
- 1 scoop protein powder
Workout:  Zumba class
And that was about all I got for you on the food front, so here's a couple of pictures of yesterday's "events", including Katie's first trip at the drive-through car wash....J
...and Katie taking over behind the counter on a little trip to Maggie Moo's.  I'm pretty sure she liked chattin up a storm to the nice man who worked there than even in her cup of ice creamJ

Yep...so, that's all I got goin for you todayJ  But I'm sure I'll have plenty to share with you on Monday since, like I said, we have not 1-but 2 'party' meals coming up.  Oyyyyy...I'm thinking I'll have a lot more posts that look like this one next week in an attempt to CUT IT BACK for a bit!
