The Big 0-2 ....

So by now you can probably tell that I'm a litttttle in LOVE with FALL :)  So since today is our official Anniversary (and that we're hopefully off crossing the Canadian border as you're reading this:), I thought I'd give you a little peek on how we FALL-ized our wedding day 2 years ago:)  (because yes, dear readers, my obsession expands beyond my love of seasonal cooking;) hahahahahahha....

I'll start with my BEAUTIFUL bouquet of FALL colored roses...I LOVED the way the bouquet showed up in pictures against my dress...they just POP out of all of the pictures:)

I had my beautiful gals all festooned in Autumn "Latte" colored dresses and carried pale yellow roses...aren't they all gorgeous?? :)

My gorgeous flower girl tossed leaves rather than flowers... ;)  And with GREAT enthusiasm, I might add!  One of our favorite moments;)

For my table cards, I swapped cards for mini pumpkins:)  Then every table got a little kiss of orange:)

And speaking of pumpkins, we also carved slots into styrofoam 'kins to use to collect our cards;)  This turned out to be one of my favorite pictures:)

As one of our favors, we gave hot chocolate packets to keep everyone warm on those upcoming cold nights:)

I spent a LONGGG time trying to find a cake topper and was so excited when I found this really pretty tree decorated with little FALL colored jewels...

Although, I have to say, no one liked that as much as the bride & groom feeding each other cake...appropriate, no?? :)

So there were a few little ideas on how to FALL-ize a wedding, if you so happen to be planning such an event:)  I'll be back to talking about food tomorrow, but just thought I'd give you a little peek into our AWESOME day that I will never ever forget:)
Have a good Tuesday!
